Quick Reference Guide to Purchasing Options for Enabling Good Lives, Christchurch Participants

The introduction of Flexible Disability Support (FDS) Contracted Providers gives participants more choice around the assistance they receive to manage their budgets and purchase the supports they need.

The first process that follows outlines the steps that need to be taken to ensure a successful transition of budgets/partial budgets from Manawanui to a FDS provider. The second outlines the steps that need to be taken to support a new participant to consider and choose who will assist them with their budget management.
