Emerge Aotearoa (previously known as Richmond Services) has many years experience supporting people to find, and keep accommodation, jobs, training and education; to develop social networks and learn life skills.

We work with a wide range of people and their families/ whānau. This includes people with intellectual disability, physical disability, young people, mental health challenges, addictions, behavioural and other social challenges.

We can offer a wide range of support from assisting you to purchase services and supports as directed by you, to delivering support utilising staff at Emerge Aotearoa. If you are interested in purchasing services through us, you can expect a highly personalised service from skilled and qualified staff that you drive within your allocated budget.

Your first contact will be with a service co-ordinator who will be your consistent go-to person. They will help you to tailor a package of supports that is uniquely suited to your needs and follows a strengths based approach. You might draw on our highly skilled workforce within Emerge Aotearoa, or you might select people or services of your choice from outside Emerge Aotearoa.

Throughout your time with us you will receive regular contact from your co-ordinator and be supported to connect to existing resources and services of your choice which are available to all members of the community. All of this will be driven by your dreams, ambitions and preferences. Our aim is to be as flexible, responsive and creative as possible, while supporting you to achieve the outcomes you care about.
