Times have changed thank goodness. People can make decisions for themselves and enjoy the autonomy that most of us take for granted.

This is so encouraging, it brought tears to my eyes. We have a little girl with Trisomy 21, Down Syndrome. My upmost want for her as she gets older is that she will have independence yet support. Hearing Richard and Shirleys stories gives me hope that this will be possible!! Thank you for sharing, we will continue with the EDL application process
